“ I got the RG 366 TRCL and had my dealer set them up for me. I was at least 2-3 seconds faster at the track yesterday than I had been before and my ground clearance was MUCH better. The Suspension Shop is located in Adelaide, South Australia, and was established by Walter Preisig to service the market in Australia with a new generation of YSS gas shocks that are continuously under development by him in partnership with YSS in Thailand.
Walter has been developing racing suspension for over 25 years, gaining a wealth of experience in suspension technics, customer service and motorcycle maintenance.
YSS uses only quality materials and the latest wizardry in suspension technology to manufacture the world class YSS gas shock absorbers, maintaining quality control during the research stage, planning phase and the manufacturing process.

“ It's unwise paying too much, but worse paying too little. By paying too much, you lose a little money. By paying too little, you could lose everything, because what you've bought would be incapable of doing what it was bought for. The law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it's wise to add a bit for the risk you run and if you do that, you can pay for something better. "

Global Team Behind YSS Shocks
The YSS factory was established in 1988 at Bangplee Industrial Estate in Samutprakarn, Thailand.
The factory was originally situated in Pradpradaeng in 1983, but due to an ever increasing demand for shock absorbers world wide and in the country, we searched for a new site.
Thus we expanded the company by moving to Bangplee, Bangkok. Here we have new modern premises with leading edge technology that ensures we can meet the increasing shock absorber market demand around the globe.
In 1994, the company was completely restructured by aquiring all shares from the Taiwanese investors. We then set out to make YSS achieve the technological development to meet the Japanese Standard Norm. YSS has recognised the importance of the quality of our suspension products, with a R & D Department devoted solely to maintain the highest product standard.
With the 'Continuous Improvement Program' and the 'Defect Material Prevention Plan' we aim to reduce waste and be environmentally friendly.
As a result of this, in 2001 the YSS (Thailand) Co. Ltd. achieved QS 9000 and ISO 9002 Certification from TÜV Rhineland / Berlin Brandenburg in Germany for our suspension products.

At the beginning of 2005, WP Suspension Australia was recruited by YSS to develop the new generation of gas shocks for the global market.
Walter Preisig from YSS Australia has been developing racing suspension in Australia for over 25 years, gaining a wealth of experience. Later in the same year, Mr. Harry Essen, well known as the father of Low Speed / High Speed Gas Shocks and the former owner of Technoflex in Holland joined the YSS Global Enterprise.
With the joining of a professional International Team, YSS won in the Australian Championships, Thailand Championships, Japan Championships and other national racing programs. From the modern factory, YSS is able to bring you the best gas twin shocks available in the world today.
YSS is now working on a range of improved suspension products for the world market. With constant testing happening in Australia, German TÜV and Japanese Standard Norm, YSS is the name to remember when you are looking for suspension.

ECO's are available in the C-Series, the E-Series and the O-Series. For Harley Davidson and many Classics we also have the Chopper Series - No more chain/belt clearance issues!.
- Hydraulic Shock Technology with OEM Look are available as Bravo and from the Pro-X series.
- We also have accessories for front forks such as PD Fork Valves when you need to improve your front fork performance together with PROMAX progressive fork springs and fork oil.
- And finally, our rear shocks have hydraulic pre-load, which is easy adjustable, no spanner needed.
